Learning and Development

Learning and Career Management are a continuous part of employee development at ESAF. The Training Function organises in-house and external programmes for employees across levels that involve General Banking Orientation, Mandatory Induction for all new recruits and Leadership Development for Senior Management.

Engagement Programs

ESAF believes in continuous improvement through the involvement of its people. The ESAF management listens to and acts on their employees’ feedback periodically. This includes personal meetings and employee surveys (conducted through the Great Places To Work Institute). Our CEO personally meets all our front-line employees through Town Hall meetings in each region, listening to their suggestions and acting on their feedback. These staff interfaces have been the starting point for many new employee and business initiatives in ESAF today.

Fun @ Work

ESAF believes that work without a ‘purpose’ is no fun. In addition to purposeful and meaningful work that ESAF provides to all, ESAF also believes in celebrating lighter moments at work. Celebratory occasions, festivals and birthdays are all a general part of ESAF’s monthly routine. In addition, staff also takes part with their family in social initiatives such as ‘Car-Free Day’ and ‘World Environment Day’.
