The mobile banking platform of ESAF SFB is an extension of the Digital Banking philosophy of ESAF SFB. The mobile banking platform is designed to extend convenience of 24×7 banking and comes packed with a host of exciting features enabling customers to avail on-the-move banking. The services offered are similar to internet banking for the customer to have a seamless, unified and consistent experience across both platforms.
The key design principles utilized in developing the mobile banking platform are the same as internet banking. To reiterate, the principles are the following.

Financial Services
The Mobile banking facility of ESAF SFB offers a wide array of services spanning across transactions, enquiries, service requests and value added services. Provided below is an indicative list of services offered in ESAF SFB internet Banking.
- Fund transfer between your own accounts, third party accounts within ESAF SFB and other Banks using IMPS, NEFT and RTGS services. IMPS transfers are available 24×7 and the settlement is real time.
- Generate or cancel MMID for sending and receiving of funds.
- Setting up Standard Instructions for Automatic Transfer of fixed amounts at defined intervals to own and third party account.
- Opening of new term deposits, both for Fixed and recurring deposits.
- Availing other financial products like savings and current accounts, loans etc.
View and Enquiry services
- Combined view of all accounts with details such as savings and current account balance, average quarterly/monthly balance of accounts, account level activity, mini and historical statement of accounts, TDS details etc.
- View of existing term deposit accounts, interest statement, TDS details etc.
- Enquiry about cheque status, stop cheque requests etc.
- Setting up Standard Instructions for Automatic Transfer of fixed amounts at defined intervals to own and third party account.

Internet banking Passwords expire in _________ from the last date of change. For security reasons, ESAF SFB advises you to change your password at regular intervals.
The user ID expires or becomes invalid in case of inactivity for a period of _______ for security reasons. Hence it is advisable to log in periodically to check account level activity.
Your ESAF SFB internet banking credentials such as passwords are case sensitive but your user id is not case sensitive.
You can make a maximum of __ attempts for log in.

There are no charges for the services as of now. However there is periodic Updation of the schedule of charges for various services and the same is communicated to our esteemed customers through various channels. There are no charges applicable for e-statements. We at ESAF SFB urge our esteemed customers to opt for green practices for various banking services.
You can transfer funds to your own account and third party accounts using IMPS/NEFT/RTGS services. Transfers within ESAF SFB are instant and beneficiary account gest credited real time. Fund transfer using IMPS facility to third party, other bank accounts are also real time. Fund transfer using NEFT/RTGS facility to third party, other bank accounts are according to settlement cycle and timeline defined by RBI and NPCI.

The NEFT operating hours are 08:00 am - 06:45 pm from Monday to Saturday, excluding second and fourth Saturdays of the month.
The RTGS operating hours are 08:00 am- 04:15 pm on Monday to Saturday, excluding second and fourth Saturdays of the month.
ESAF SFB provided IMPS facility for the internet banking customer which can be utilized for transferring funds 24x7 to account of other bank beneficiary.
Please choose the “Add beneficiary within Bank” option after logging into internet banking, fill in the account number and name of the beneficiary as per the account. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number with ESAF SFB. The same needs to be provided for beneficiary confirmation. Fund transfer can then be initiated to the registered beneficiary after the cooling off period.
Please chose the “Add Third party beneficiary from other bank” option after logging into internet banking, fill in the account number, IFSC code and name of the beneficiary as per the account. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number with ESAF SFB. The same needs to be provided for beneficiary confirmation. Fund transfer can then be initiated to the registered beneficiary after the cooling off period.
For IMPS transfer using Person to Account (P2A) method, the beneficiary addition process is the same as NEFT transfer. Please chose the “Add Third party beneficiary from other bank” option after logging into internet banking, fill in the account number, IFSC code and name of the beneficiary as per the account. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number with ESAF SFB. The same needs to be provided for beneficiary confirmation. Fund transfer can then be initiated to the registered beneficiary after the cooling off period.
The beneficiaries already added for NEFT Transfer will also be available for IMPS transfer and Vice versa.
For RTGS transfer, the beneficiary addition process is the same as NEFT transfer. Yes, there will be a cooling period of _ Hours, after adding New Payee/Beneficiary for NEFT/RTGS/IMPS fund transfers. Cooling period is only applicable for new payee/beneficiary added.
Yes, you can schedule a payment for a future dare. Please select the “schedule payment” option in the fund transfer section of internet banking.

Dear Customer, Yes. ESAF SFB provides you the facility to define the fund transfer limits at beneficiary level as well as at your account level. The same can be accessed in the service request section of internet banking.
Dear customer, for failed transactions, amount will be automatically credited to the account within 3 to 4 working days. If automatic credit back doesn't happen within 3 to 4 working days, contact customer care through the service request or mailbox function providing the transaction details such as account number, debited amount, recipient details, date of transfer etc.
