The mobile banking platform of ESAF SFB is an extension of the Digital Banking philosophy of ESAF SFB. The mobile banking platform is designed to extend convenience of 24×7 banking and comes packed with a host of exciting features enabling customers to avail on-the-move banking. The services offered are similar to internet banking for the customer to have a seamless, unified and consistent experience across both platforms.
The key design principles utilized in developing the mobile banking platform are the same as internet banking. To reiterate, the principles are the following.

Financial Services

- Fund transfer between your own accounts, third party accounts within ESAF SFB and other Banks using IMPS, NEFT and RTGS services. IMPS transfers are available 24×7 and the settlement is real time.
- Generate or cancel MMID for sending and receiving of funds.
- Setting up Standard Instructions for Automatic Transfer of fixed amounts at defined intervals to own and third party account.
- Opening of new term deposits, both for Fixed and recurring deposits.
- Availing other financial products like savings and current accounts, loans etc.
View and Enquiry services
- Combined view of all accounts with details such as savings and current account balance, average quarterly/monthly balance of accounts, account level activity, mini and historical statement of accounts, TDS details etc.
- View of existing term deposit accounts, interest statement, TDS details etc.
- Enquiry about cheque status, stop cheque requests etc.
- Setting up Standard Instructions for Automatic Transfer of fixed amounts at defined intervals to own and third party account.

- Registration and deregistration to Account statement by Email.
- Modification of cash Deposit and Withdrawal limits, Fund transfer limits defined for different time periods and beneficiaries.
- Emergency requests like Hotlisting of cards, stop cheque payment, generation of ATM pin etc.
- Request for new Debit Card, Cheque book, physical account statement etc.
- Updation of mobile banking login and transaction pin.
