ESAF SFB mobile banking application allows you the convenience of 24x7, on the move banking through your mobile phone. You can check your balance, transfer funds to accounts, start terms deposits, hotlist debit card, stop cheque payment etc.

There are no additional charges for accessing various services by internet banking using mobile banking. However Data/SMS usage charges may be applicable as per your service provider.

Your mobile number should be registered with ESAF SFB for availing the mobile banking services. If you have not yet registered your mobile number, kindly visit your nearest ESAF SFB Branch to register your mobile number. You also need to have a GPRS enabled mobile device.

ESAF SFB Mobile banking services are available for Non Resident Indian customers. However, your mobile number needs to be registered with the bank for availing the mobile banking services.

You can login to mobile banking app using a 6 digit numeric pin of your choice. You need to generate a separate 6 digit numeric pin for authenticating transactions. The pin is to remove the need to remember complex passwords as well as securing mobile banking services.

No, you do not need to register again if you re-install ESAF SFB Mobile Banking app on your existing or new phone. You can directly login to ESAF SFB Mobile Banking using the login pin you had set during initial registration. However, the mobile number needs to the registered mobile number for the account.

ESAF SFB will be releasing periodic updates of the application on the Google Play store and Apple APP store. You can update the app by visiting the respective stores. You can also uninstall the old version, download and install the updated version of the application. However, we suggest you to update the application when the updates are rel.

No. You cannot register for mobile banking without registering your mobile number with the bank. You can register by visiting your nearest ESAF SFB branch.

Please click on the “forgot login pin/transaction pin” option. Please provide your debit card or internet banking credentials to reset the login pin/transaction pin.

Yes, you can register and use mobile banking even if you have not registered for internet banking. Please use your debit card and pin credentials to generate login pin and transaction pin. Please note that your mobile number needs to be registered for the account for you to avail mobile banking services.

Yes, you can access the payees registered through internet banking and transfer funds to them using mobile banking.

Yes, you can use mobile banking own bank and other bank beneficiaries for funds transfer.

Yes, ESAF SFB internet banking and mobile banking solutions synchronize the beneficiaries registered though both internet banking and mobile banking. This is to provide seamless banking experience to the esteemed ESAF SFB customers, irrespective of the channels used.

You can transfer funds to your own account and third party accounts using IMPS/NEFT/RTGS services. Transfers within ESAF SFB are instant and beneficiary account gest credited real time. Fund transfer using IMPS facility to third party, other bank accounts are also real time. Fund transfer using NEFT/RTGS facility to third party, other bank accounts are according to settlement cycle and timeline defined by RBI and NPCI.

The NEFT operating hours are 08:00 am - 06:45 pm from Monday to Saturday, excluding second and fourth Saturdays of the month.

ESAF SFB provided IMPS facility for the internet banking customer which can be utilized for transferring funds 24x7 to account of other bank beneficiary.

Please choose the “Add beneficiary within Bank” option after logging into mobile banking, fill in the account number and name of the beneficiary as per the account. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number with ESAF SFB. The same needs to be provided for beneficiary confirmation. Fund transfer can then be initiated to the registered beneficiary after the cooling off period.

Please chose the “Add Third party beneficiary from other bank” option after logging into mobile banking, fill in the account number, IFSC code and name of the beneficiary as per the account. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number with ESAF SFB. The same needs to be provided for beneficiary confirmation. For IMPS transfer using Person to Account (P2A) method, the beneficiary addition process is the same as NEFT transfer. Please chose the “Add Third party beneficiary from other bank” option after logging into mobile banking, fill in the account number, IFSC code and name of the beneficiary as per the account. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number with ESAF SFB. The same needs to be provided for beneficiary confirmation. Fund transfer can then be initiated to the registered beneficiary after the cooling off period.
The beneficiaries already added for NEFT Transfer will also be available for IMPS transfer and Vice versa.

For RTGS transfer, the beneficiary addition process is the same as NEFT transfer. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number with ESAF SFB. The same needs to be provided for beneficiary confirmation.
