SMS & Missed call Banking
SMS Banking services is offered under the integrated mobile banking suite of ESAF SFB. The services supplement and complement ESAF SFB philosophy of responsible and inclusive banking by addressing the barriers of internet connectivity, device capability and customer Knowledge.
Registration Process
To simplify customer onboarding, all customers of ESAF SFB are enrolled for missed call banking by default.

Missed call Banking
The Missed Call Banking service of ESAF SFB provides the customers the convenience of getting information about the account Balance and mini statement.
Registration Process
To simplify customer onboarding, all customers of ESAF SFB are enrolled for missed call banking by default.
- To know your Account Balance, please give a missed call on 8592866639 (85928-MONEY).
- To know your last few transactions, please give a missed call on 8593866639 (85938-MONEY).
- Some of the important information with regards to Missed call banking are the following.
- Please note that the customer should have a Registered Mobile Number (RMN) for the account to avail the Missed Call banking services.
- In case the mobile number is associated with multiple account, information on the Primary account will be provided. To change your Primary account, please SMS “SETPRIME XXXX” to 9990016467 (OR) 8086077575. XXXX denotes the last 4 numbers of to be updated account number.
The customer should have a Registered Mobile Number (RMN) for the account to avail the Missed Call banking service.
