1 Definition:

The use of the term “Bank” is in reference to the following organization: ESAF SMALL FINANCE BANK (ESFB).

WEBSITE means website of the Bank with URL: //www.esafbank.com and other sites that can be directly reached by Bank owned URL. It also includes Bank owned social media pages and sites.

LINKED SITE means Websites which is linked to parent Website.
USER \ YOU \VISITOR refer to all persons who is accessing various websites of the bank.
USAGES \USE of Website includes (without limitation) any of the activity like access, views, clicking the buttons & hyperlink to and from, communicate with or connects to the Websites or any part thereof.

2 User Agreement:

2.1 This Website Usage Agreement along with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy (collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) lays out the terms and conditions and rules, as maybe amended and supplemented, from time to time (“Terms”) which shall be applicable to the access and use of the Website of Bank and various other Website which is controlled by bank. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between User and Bank, with regard to the access and use of the Website.

2.2 By using the Website of the bank, the user indicates the acceptance of this policy and agrees to abide by it. The remedy for dissatisfaction with the Website or its contents is to stop using the Website only.

2.12 Bank will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages due to delay in using the services, inability to use the service and cost of procurement of substitute service.

The User agrees to indemnify Bank and hold Bank including its directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers harmless in relation to any services directly or indirectly, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages and any type of expenses or cost proclaimed against bank that arise out, resulting from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any terms of this Agreement including any representation and warranty made or obligation to be performed by the User pursuant to this Agreement.

4 Severability:

If there is any clauses or provision of this agreement which is resolved to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity and unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such clause or provision and rest of the part of such provision and all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.

5 Amendments:

This policy will be displayed through a link which will be embedded in Website. The customers are advised to visit the site and go through the Website Usage policy as Bank modifies the policy from time to time as, Bank constantly captivates advanced technology and redefines its processes.

6 Complaints:

In the event User has any grievance in relation to any information uploaded on the Website or with respect to processing of information or use of Website, User may contact our Grievance Officer by mailing tohim at the address provided below. The Grievance office shall endeavour to expeditiously redress the grievances, but within reasonable time as may be provided in applicable laws.
